Because these presets are downloadable products, all sales are final and we are unable to return or refund on your purchases.

Are your downloads instant? How do I receive them after my order is placed?

All downloads are instant and are sent to you via email immediately after your payment process is completed. These download links expire after 24 hours so make sure you download once you receive. If you accidentally forget to download, email hello@amberthrane.co for a new link.
